The work carried out for Tembec La Sarre was the modification of a power station of 900 HP which was producing approximately 19,000 lbs per hour using wood residue. Ongoing monitoring was necessary for this site. After our intervention, the production passed to 30,000 lbs per hour and the installations now require only one hour of monitoring per day. The production increased by more than 35%.
Norampac Cabano, Quebec, Canada

Norampac Cabano already had a 3000 hp heating power station, fueled by green tailings (bark, green sawdust, etc...). Combustion Expert Inc. was called in to improve the performance of their existing system. After our intervention, their daily productivity increased by 75% and reached approximately 100,000 pounds per hour.
Kennebec, Quebec, Canada

In the case of Kennebec, we modified a power station of 200 HP. There was a problem concerning the safety and incidents occured every day. After our intervention, the system became sedentary and more effective. Since then, the system requires 20% less fuel and obtains the same output.
