Combustion Expert Inc. specializes in the design and manufacture of biomass-fired boiler rooms. Our versatility and expertise in the field also provide us with the means to implement, modify and maintain all kinds of thermal processes, whether they involve biomass, oil or natural gas as fuel.Our goal is to innovate and improve our position within the field of combustion, as well as tosatisfy the various needs of commercial, industrial and institutional companies across Canada and abroad.History :
Combustion Expert Inc is established in Trois-Rivières since 1997. In the beginnings, our company concentrated its activities in the installation and the repair of boilers. With time, we innovated and we diversified our customers and our production to become specialists in combustion.
Commitment
In the wake of the environmental movement to reduce greenhouse gas effect, the direction of Combustion Expert, still faithful to its social values, has mandated the firm CO2R to conduct a study on the evaluation of company's greenhouse emissions.
This study on a voluntary basis will give Combustion Expert ahead in terms of GHG reduction, since combustion expert will have the necessary tools to classify 'carbon neutral company' much before the implementation of laws, which in near future will force polluting companies to purchase carbon credits at high cost.
Also, to be not classified polluter but rather "carbon neutral", Combustion Expert shall plant 148 trees in 2010. These trees will eliminate, in equivalence, 29.6 tons of CO2 that have been issued in 2009.
Combustion Expert inc. donated many of these trees to the environment committee of UQTR (Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières). This grant fully meets the sustainable campus objectives of the UQTR environment committee and Combustion Expert inc. is proud to have contributed.
To ensure reduced emissions in the years to come, Combustion Expert is already considering changes in the fleet of vehicles. In the same respect for the environment and to promote its own equipment, Combustion Expert will install a biomass combustion system in order to heat its buildings.
